esolutionsONE Inc was created using the experience gained during a global rollout of ServiceNow at Thomson Reuters. Founded in 2016, the company focussed on getting the value out of the platform from day one, with a heavy slant on application development.
rDBA solutions was founded by Jon and his business partners to build a managed services company for Oracle customers who could afford or didnt want to hire their own administrators.
Jon was invited by CEO Will Loving to help him startup a Customer focussed (CSM) ServiceNow partner. This rapidly focussed on public sector work and resulting in high profile clients on year one and a revolutionary architecture and design for Citizen Services.
At ServiceNow
A three month secondment under Chris Pope in ServiceNows Office of Innovation to help realize, architect and build a groundbreaking hands on / white glove and in person experience showcasing the power of ServiceNow. This was launched at the World Forum in London in 2019 and has been evolved and used ever since including a standalone world tour in major cities across the globe. Helped to author and run a series of multi customer workshops around the USA, teaching ServiceNows' customers and prospects how to leverage design thinking to innovate on the platform.
Jon helped form the brand new Innovation Factory team and give them the building blocks to build a high performing team. The team provided an on request services to the ServiceNow Field Sales team for the custom build of pre-sales assets. To this day, this is a real competative advantage to ServiceNow.
At Thomson Reuters
Jon was part of the day one team in Moscow, helping the new aquisition merge with Thomson Reuters, establishing key relationships and managing organisational changes to accomodate the new org.
Working with key business leaders in the finance business unit, Jon co-presented workshops to help the data center teams.
Co-Presented with the finance business unit town halls in London, Eagan, Bangkok, Bangalore, to highlight the amazing collaboration work being done between the data center and business units, and allow for Q&A.
Participated in the formation of a new group bringing together SME and technology experts in the lifesciences group of Thomson Reuters, building services and taking them to market globally with Big Pharma customers. This group was immensly sucessful in year one and beyond.
Participated in the conception, design and architecture of a new Life Sciences product called Cortellis, fusing together leading edge search, database and presentation layers.
As a Freelance Oracle Consultant
Hired to work as a key technical resource ot understand and evaluate an downstream application written on Oracle, for the potential aquisition of the product by Oracle themselves. Once aquired, worked as a key technical resource in the build out of the product.
Part of a small, innovative team driving aauto generation of code from Oracle's case tool, Designer 2000. The team achieved over 80% automatic generation of code using their templates.
Other Highlights
Applied for and was accepted for the inaugral MNUFC supporters committee for the first and second season of this newly formed MLS club. This highly diverse group met once a month with the CEO and his team to discuss the supporter experience and make recommendations on improvements.
